I'm feeling like the rest of the customers on here about Instant Tax Service. I went into Instant Tax service on December 30th to apply for the loan. I wasn't approved for the full 1,000 loan which was understandable being that was my first time at Instant Tax service. I only went In with my last check stub, and information from self employment. The Tax Rep was very quiet, and wouldn't say much when I asked her about the fees, and what day are they filing so I can try to get the rest of my info needed. She (tax rep) said they don't send out taxes until January 17 th. It wasn't until I was signing papers I got a quote on my return, and seen the fee of 261.00 for processing my return. I couldnt cash the check with Bank of america. I called back into Instant Tax Service On January 5 spoke with the Manager Tyiesha I let her know the difficulties I was having about cashing the check she told me it should go through like thats all she could say. I than let her know how uncomfortable this cash place was making me feel, and that I was returning the check and would file my taxes else where. The Manager let me know that they cant accept the check because it wasnt from them it came from their bank Tax Tree. I put up an arguement didnt get anything resolved. I let Tyiesha know since their making me file with them I need to make sure that all my info needs to be put in the system to file my taxes she stated thats fine.
On January 18th my Taxes were filed w/ouy my W2s from different jobs I worked. I am having a difficult time getting the correct information to contact anybody from Instant Tax service about this matter. I contacted the BBB, and was giving a claim number. Spoke with someone from the FDIC, Now I been for 2 weeks trying to call Tax tree I just found out on Monday that I will be charged 600.00 for my fees Im beyond unhappy now I cant get in touch with General Manager of the store, and the Manager Tyiesha wont take my calls. I will not pay more than the 261.00 I was told I would have to pay. Can anyone give me numbers to speak directly with someone. IRS says refund is due on feb 7th need HELP..
