I went to Instant Tax Service on Scott St in houston, tx last year to file my taxes and it was not an enjoyable experience. My apartment had got broken into and i needed to move asap so i did the $300 loan they do with ACE. When i got to ACE i had to give them all my info including my personal bank account info something i had never done for a anticipation loan before. After the whole ordeal with that i decieded that i did not want to use instant tax and contacted Jonathan the manager over that location and his manager in how i could have my taxes filed else where he stated that as long as i paid off ACE that i could go to another tax company. I did everything they said to do. Then i went and filed with H&R Block who did an excellent job.instant tax filed my taxes without my husband info and the info on two of my 4 children. I never signed anything consenting them to file my taxes the only papers they gave me before they filed my taxes was a consent to share my info with ACE for them to approve the loan.instant tax is a scam all the way around. And i thought it was only here in Houston but now i see this happened nation wide.instant Tax also had recieved the rest of my tax return and didnt bother to call me and tell me it was available the way i found out is H&R Block called and told me to contact the IRS there was a problem with my tax return. I called and they told me that Instant Tax had filed already and i explained to them the situation and was basically told there was nothing they could do i would have to sue Instant Tax. I dont have that kind of money so basically i was screwed. Now i owe H&R BLOCK for their time which is more money that i dont have.instant Tax screwed me and the IRS should have done something because the numbers they submitted didnt even match my W2 form. I am still mad it has been a year because i called Instant Tax from H&R BLOCK office and was told that the taxes had not been filed and would not be filed but they were. Jonathan you are a liar and so is your company and i hope that you get closed down. Dont ever deal with these ppl they will find a way to rip you off and try to make it seem like you are the one that is crazy.
