A very poor english speaking person called my phone and said that my windows was getting 'arrows' which she may have meant errors), she also spoke of something that did not translate in english so I could understand her. As I was not understanding her english, I had her repeat herself four times. She was getting fustrated with me, so she instructed me to turn on my windows and she would talk me through it. I told her no, and she disconnected the call.
