Stamps Maybe not ripoff, but misled - Representatives do not speak good English Internet

I ordered some photo stamps, and I thought it was for one order only.

My Naivete was showing. I called them when I found out they were charging $15.99 per. Mo. On my Credit Card. When I called I got, as usual, a person who could barely speak English. I think I finally managed to cancel my account, but they charged for the month anyway. I got so disgusted I let it go, but would like to inform the puplic to be aware of their tactics. Also, for what it's worth, can we ask for an English speaking person to talk to in such cases?
