When a represented first talk to me about budget savers he told me that i get a 14 day trial for $1. And that my trial did not start until i received my package in the mail. On feb. 2, my account was charged $29.95 and i received my packaged feb. 3 (my account was charged before i received my package). When i called to find out why i was told my trial started on the day the represented called me, i explained that is not what he told me and it was recorded where he told me 4 times that i would not be charged until i received my package. The lady told me i should have went on line to look up my savings, when i asked her how was i suppose to do that when i was never told i could do that, she had no response. So i asked her if my trial started on jan. 18, why did it take so long to receive my package in the mail (which was conveintly after my trial ended). She had nerves to tell me it was because of the cold weather (huh?). When i confonted her she said again i should have went on line. When i told her i wanted to cancel (she did that) but when i said it upsets me that i had to do that before i knew what kinda savings i would get because i might wanted to keep it, she hung up on me.
