I signed up for the trial offer and had to pay for just the shipping and handling.
At the beginning of January they charged me for the shippling and handling, mid
January I was charged $78.07 for Aqualift and $82.83 for Vitaderm. I received my trial samples mid January and no where in the packaging did it indicate that the trial period was 14 days. I used the product and it did not work, stopped using the product and forgot about it. A few days ago I received another package, checked my bank statement for February and was furious when I saw that they had charged me the full amount for the trial samples as well as for the the other package. I phoned customer service and was told I should have read the fine print and that another package was sent on March 2. I was told that they would give me a refund for the last 2 packages but not for the trial samples.
Cancelled my order and I am awaiting my refund. It happened in January.
