Called to protest on 1/3; was told $98.16 would be credited despite exceeding the 16-day notification period. Another $98.16 charge (dated 12/22) appears on January MC invoice, with no credit in evidence. Rep and (later) supervisor insist the 1/3 call credited the 12/22 charge, not the 11/21, which they "could not" remove because of "company protocol."
