I ordered ePower&Profit and was satisfied with the product and was offered the VIP Auction Services for a 30 day free trial. I accepted and on the invoice was billed for each totalling 74.91 Sept. 04. I cancelled at the deadline in Oct. Knowing it was close I ask if it would be credited to my Visa account. I was told yes I cancelled in time and that it would be credited. The next months bill showed no credit.
Well the next months bill had another charge for the VIP Auction Serv. I raised H—l and it was credited on the next months bill. During all this time I tried to make them understand that I was wanting the original charge credited, it was a free trial and I didn't use it, but they just kept telling me that they would and that it was.
Well finally after months of faxing, emailing, and writing I got through to someone. He refused to credit my account and suspected that he would say that I waited to late to cancel, but instead he said that it was not a free trial in the first place. I told him that I had the paper sitting in front of me and read it to him. He read it back and still telling me that it was not a free trial. When I activated it in the first place I would not have unless it was free trial as I have never sold on eBay and wanted to learn before spending money on a service I was not sure that I could use correctly. The man was very rude also.
I feel that these people are rip offs. Also was a free gift for activation, one listing on eBay and I was charged for the listing. I have as of yet to list anything on eBay, but got billed for it. Ask about that too and got only excuses. He admitted it was the free gift, but they couldn't help it that I got charged for it. I kept asking how was it free when I had to pay for it? Never answered.
