I had ordered a sample of Hydroderm for $2.95, and stupidly gave my credit card info. I got the sample, an Order ID #, and the fine print stated my card would automatically be billed every 30 days.
Two weeks later I got a regular size bottle, and my card had been charged $55.90. I promptly called and asked why they sent me a product 2 weeks after the sample and credited my card (vs. 30 days after the sample was sent). They told me "just ship the product back and we will refund you, less S&H", which I promptly did.
Many phone calls and e-mails later, they refunded me the $2.95 for the sample, as that is the only trackable ID I had, and then was told they were "goign to look into it"- well nothing happened.
Today again I called (this is now over 3 months) and the guy on the phone had the nerve to tell me that what I sent back was the sample, and even his manager thought it was strange that I should return the sample. Asking to speak to a manager/supervisor was impossible - they are lying, PERIOD! Why would I return a sample? I am going to get my money back no matter what.
