I had went online to get calls for my son who was in jail for a week and set up an account. They never called me so when my son called me i set up an acct with the jail service. I tried to cancel online and and sent 3 emails to them. I finally got a call from the jail solutions 3 days later to set it up and i told them to cancel my acct. They said they would. Then i get a charge on my Bank statement for $44.90. I tried to call the number but of course i too got a voice mail. So i left a message again told them to call me ASAP.
