Basically I have had a similar experience to the other two complaints. Once they get cash out of you their attitudes and names change, they become John, Jack, Sean, Craig yet their accents are distinctly Asian. It has come to my knowledge that even though they claim to be ATOL, UK APTA and IATA members they are infact NOT. So I think firstly anybody having a complaint against them should also inform these agencies along with the local Trading Standards department in the Hounslow Council as I believe this if a Fraud case and needs to be investigated. The more people who complain the more likely that something will be done. I also feel it would be a good idea to inform the relevant airlines they are claiming who booked reservations so they know that these people are tarnishing the airlines reputation and they should not deal with them. I will be informing Arik Airlines. I have also informed the UK Border Agency as I feel that there could be a case for investigation there too. I don`t appreciate the fact that I have been scammed and I will do everything in my power to ensure that they cease trading and are not able to do this to anybody else.
