I paid $2.95 for a history report on a vehicle I was selling. The $2.95 was with CarFax. I just checked my Visa bill on the computer and saw that I was charged $29.95 from this CarVinCheck Company. I never heard of them and never agreed to pay this.
I couldn't help but notice that there are hundreds of complaints
about this company and this scam they apparently used on me
as well. I will contest this charge and will not pay it on my Visa.
