Paid for car history report for $2.95 and 2 days later, I see a charge of $29.95. What the heck??? I did not authorize this charge and I tried calling them and they keep giving me the run around. Now I'm trying their 800#, it's not even working anymore! The charge shows under "CarVINCheck" but the website I was at was vehiclehistory247.com.
