My elderly mother was contacted by someone who presented him as someone from the bank, asked that she confirm her routing numbers (or as he said "the numbers at the bottom of your checks". $447 was deducted from her account.in talked with their Customer Service people, there is no way to resolve it - 7 calls into it. It is being pursued by the NY BBB but the more people who join the group, the better. I am working to identify the executives involved to work this through a social media means. If you have an executives name, please post it to this site.
