My Mother is 98 and was talked into giving her routing numbers for her checking account. She was told not to tell anyone about the call. She does not remember the call. I have made numerous calls to this group and they keep telling me they are behind in refunding her money. We talked to her bank regarding this and they said the numbers listed on her statement are nit their numbers.
