I have done some background check on your company and found out there has been compliaints made against the company. I was deceived into booking a ticket which i was told the flight jornry time was just over 9hrs. I paid an initial fee of 150pounds. Not until i receive the confirmation mail that i realise he lied. The total journey is 21hrs. Now i was fortunate enough to take an initiative to document and record the calls made after finding out. And it is quite obvious that there has been a foul play.
I realised i was not the only one who has had a problem with you guys. It shows clearly on my own part fact that i called yesterday and was told"jeff" was going to be working this morning and also calling back and told he was not working today and fe more calls which went unanswered" all this has been sent to the bbc. Also it shows one of the agent i spoke with this morning gave a wrong address before hanging up and not picking up calls afterwards.
I suggest you make this easy on yourself and refund the £150 which was in my own words fraudulently taking off hard working individual.
