It was such a pleasure working with Matt in booking my ticket. He's a great travel agent for many reasons. I worked with him for about 3 days because he said he would find me better availability for my trip and he did so in fine fashion. I often got a follow up call with a different itinerary every time to see if I wanted the said flight, that's why it took so long.By the third day, Matt found me a one-stop flight and for a great price. I could really say that being patient on my part and his have really paid off. Throughout the whole time, Matt was very kind and courteous and never showed any signs of disinterest. For these simple reasons, I truly believe that Matt is a great agent.
