My daughter took up this offer and used my debit card for payment of the postage for the "free" sample (£5). Another parcel has arrived and I notice 2 x debits of £59 last month Decmber 2011 and this month Jan. She didn't ask for any more samples and was lead to believe the first was free other than the £5 postage. How can this be stopped? And refunded
