Two apparent companies using the names "Perfect Radiance" and "Revitaderm" but in fact the same company - "Revitalize Health and Beauty" had an Internet ad to which I responded asking for samples – instead a month’s supply of each was sent out from Revitalize Health and Beauty PO BOX 13583 Linlithgow West Lothian EH49 9AP. $3.00 and $2.98 were debited frommy debit card on 1/1 and $74.90 and $49.25 on 17/1 and $77.73 I did NOT sign up for monthly supplies and I just got home (23/2) and I have received another moths supplyand have been charged another $76.83.
