My Refund

I canceled my AT&T service. I was told by a AT&T representative, by the name "Angela", to send the two (2) Etc Inspire 4G smart phones, 1 otter box defender case, and 1 otter box commuter case to 15901 East Skelly Dr. Tulsa, OK (Attn. Mark Mills). The phones arrived on Sept. 26 2011. Tracking #0310 2640 0000 3695 1079. I followed up with a call and spoke with a AT&T representative named "Antwan Russell" in Atlanta, GA. He also confirmed that my phones had arrived to the Tulsa, OK address. Mr. Russell told me that my refund checked out and would be processed. I should receive my refund within 2 To 3 weeks. That was on Sept. 29 2011. It is now Jan. 29 and I still have not received my refund. I have tried to contact Mr. Russell via email about this matter with no response. Can anyone help me with this matter?
