I have been waiting and waiting for information from the LouLease company since 2003. When I had spoke to Ms. Bridgette Russell in October of she told me that it will take sometime because they had so many people applying for the assistance that was given and that it could take up to 2yrs.
Well I have waited my two years as well as some months over and still I have heard nothing from no-one. When I call All I would get is the answer servicing and thats it. I did everthing that I was told to do as well as paying a 35.00 money order to Ms. Bridgette Russell. No one has responded to me and someone has taking my money.
If someone out there has a heart can someone please contact me on this matter or send me my $35.00 back.
