I ordered some rather expensive hair products and was pleased to see that because I spent over $50.00 the shipping was free. They charged my credit card that day, 1/12/09. I waited the 5 to 7 bussiness days. Then I started calling the # provided on the website. No answer. And when diverted to voicemail, it was full and it said an error had occured. Disconnect! I call this 3 everyday, 4&5 times a day! Then I replied to my order confirmation emails. I do this every day! Demanding that they must respond to me, THE CUSTOMER!!! No reply!
I feel like a fool, I believed in the better bussiness logo on the website. Now I just want to warn others about them. I am about to call my credit card company to see what to do to get this charge off my card.
Hopefully no one else will be duped!!!
