Complaint / review text:
I ordered my circle lens from honeycolor.com in early november.
I had ordered 4 pairs of contacts with express shipping which so that items would be shipping within 2-3 days to me. However, i never saw the products and when i checked the honeycolor.com website, its stated that it was being processed.
Thus, after a week, i emailed them for the first time on the status of my product.
After 2 days, they still have not replied me, thus i emailed them again on the update of the status and that i would like to have a refund on the express shipping.
I posted on their facebook account on the updates. (however they had just deleted it
3 weeks since i ordered and there was no updates from them.
I filed a dispute from paypal and asked for refund, but honeycolour.com did not reply any of my emails.
I request fro paypal to refund through the dispute.
Paypal has since refunded my amount.
I would advise all to not order from honeycolor.com as they do not response to buyers and they have no customer service at all.
