I ordered a ring in November. When I contacted her in late December I was told to expect it mid-January. I did not get it. Since then I have tried countless times to contact her, only once did I get ahold of her about 8 weeks ago. She said she had to redesign the ring and it would be made shortly. Ive decided Im done with this. I have not been able to contact her in 8 weeks. Ive sent emails, left messages on her Facebook and left voice mails.
I cannot cancel my order on her page because it says its in the last stages and cannot be edited (its been in this stage since November)... So the only way I can get a refund is to contact her... But of course thats not proving to be possible.
