I requested a loan and was approved for $200.00. I did not receive a loan agreement, so I never knew the terms of the loan. However, the money was deposited into my account the next day. As of 01/27, I have paid $275.00. My bank informed me that another $165.00 was pending for 01/27, which would mean I would have paid them $440.00...$440.00 on a $200.00 loan? I was able to pull up my account on their website, however, there is no loan agreement there. The summary lists all their interest fees and charges... Along with my payment history. I have stopped payment on the pending charges and closed my account... All this for $200.00.
