1, Borrower was approved for a loan of $50,000.00at 3% rate for a 7yrs {84 Months} Years Re-payment Period. Borrower must be 18yrs and above to apply and borrower must be a worker and earn a salary which can enable he/she to Repay back the loan at stipulated times of Re-payment with Monthly Payment of $660.67 for a Number of 84 Months to make a Cumulative payment of $55,495.81 as the total Loan Repayment.

3, Borrower who is unable to meet up with Monthly payment at due date would be given 1 week more as grace period before legal actions can be taken against him/her.
4, This Loan is an Unsecured loan and as such has its Loans fees and Prepayment. The fees charged for the Loan is to be paid upfront by the Borrower. Borrower would be responsible for the fees of 290USD charged for the Verification and Processing of your loan while I the lender would handle all other charges involved.
5, That upon receipt of payment for the Loan charges the transfer of the loan would be carried out by Bank to Bank On Line Transfer{Electronic} to the borrower in not less than 24hrs from receiving the confirmation of payment. This loan has been approved with approval Number GUAT/Loan-

6, Should the Loan be called off by borrower after all loan processes are completed after payment of the loan charges, ZENITH LOAN INVESTMENT will make refund of the already paid charges. Also if any fees paid extra in any way what so ever, we shall have any and all fees resend back to borrower.
