My loan was due on 1 pay day but took the loan on my 2ndpayday of the month

I took out a loan on 09/26 the loan pay off is due on10/09 when i paid the loan in full on 10/06 i was sent an e-mail stating that the loan will taken out of my checking account on 10/22 and that i will be charged a $ 45.00 finance fee
