I received an e-mail from wellsfargo asking me if i needed a loan to follow a link which will lead me to lenders with lower rates. After putting my information with phone#, i received a phone call from a lender who asked me to go online to www.123wages.com where she will walk me through the process of applying for a loan. It was a short process which asked for my bank account and pay periods. She then said i will receive a signature form to sign for the loan and after i will receive a call to confirm the loan and it's rules. I did not get a phone call but on 01/13 i noticed $79.00 has been debited to my account and also a $200.00 had been deposited to my acct on 01/05. I called and a man told me the $79.00 was a fee for the $200.00 loan. I told him to please take back the $200.00 for i already found a solution to my needs. It was not done. They went back again and again on 01/27 and 02/10 for $79.00 each. I then got phone calls from a guy by name frank jackson threatening me to call him back or face the court. Because i have been sued and i need to have my lawyer call him. These calls and messages left on the 02/20, 02/21, 02/22 and today 02/23.
I finally called and got this frank jackson who told me i have been sued by 123wages.com for a $200.00 loan paid into my acct. He claims he is the lawyer for 123wages.com. I called my bankers and i am going to put a stop payment to these scam loaners. They have taken $237.00 more than they put into my acct without the confirmation phone call they promised. Please do not use these people. Their english is also very poor that one can hardly understand a word and so much noise at the background.
