Was looking at my Visa online statement and saw a charge from them and asked my wife what she ordered for @$180.00 and she said Coach Outlet items. I went to the site (coach outlet hotsale) and the first tip off was no customer service number so I e-mailed to them. A woman with e-mail Xaio balabala (something like this) started e-mailing back to me that we would have to select another item because the one we wanted was not in stock. I just said cancel the order and she e-mailed back that the bank would take 20%service fee. I reported to Visa and no problem, got the credit. As others have said, a few weeks later a package was presented for delivery and we refused it. It was from Shanghai so if anyone out there knows anyone with the Shanghai police they should shut down this operation! Pretty wild seeing all these other websites that they are preying on unsuspecting shoppers. Be careful when there is no customer service telephone number
