I ordered coach boot, prada sneakers and a Tiffany bracelet. Items were advertised as authentic. The actual charge was suppose to be 197.96. These were ordered by coach-1941. Shop. I paid with visa and it automatically redirected me to realypay.com. It said it was a Visa McAfee Verisign Trusted site. I felt this was sort of strange. I exited the site assuming it cancelled the transaction. Shortly thereafter I received an email confirmation and a password if there was a problem with the transaction. It's a scam. The merchandise is counterfeit. It's vinyl and cheap metal. Nothing authentic for sure. I tried repeatedly to contact coach-1941. Shop and their gmail account would not allow me to send the email. I tried to contact realypay.com and it does not exist. There is no telephone numbers for contact on either site. The package arrives from Shanghi business service but there is no return address. There is no packing slip or invoice either.in checking my visa it shows up as Hongyou hardware. I'm disputing the charge with visa and hoping to get a refund. I don't want this junk and would love to send it back only where do you send it too.
