I ordered a coach purse and I was charged 77.91 from a Hongyou HArdware Store. Shanghai. I havn't heard anything from this coach online store and I can't get them to respond to me an I havn't received my purse at all. This is a scam and they got money. I can't even login to the site anymore because it want let me. I am so mad. I don't know what to do. It happened 12/30.
