I sent for the free trial for this productand at no time noticed anything to do with subscriptions in their advert. I was never sent the free samples and instead received 3 full sized products at a total cost of £205.94 deducted from my credit card account. I tried to phone this company to no avail - no answer in spite of hanging on for a very long time. My credit card company said I should cancel my so-called subscription, I duly sent the three products unused and a letter cancelling the any subscription but have heard nothing. I have now had another £74.95 taken from my credit card yesterday 25 January for a product or products I have not received nor want to. My credit card company are now in dispute of this amount but I am still left with the original amount outstanding and the cost of postage of the free products which never arrived. I am understandbly not pleased and hope that something can be done to get people their money refunded.
