I ordered trial packs of their products@£1.99 each totalling £3 98, inc post and packing, which I duly received, and this amount was debited to my card on 25th June. I heard nothing until I received my next Credit Card Statement which had been debited with two amounts of £84 71.[£179.42] in total on 8th July. I had not received any more products at this time. I immediately contacted my credit card co. Who advised me to contact the merchants direct to try and resolve the matter. They neither anwered my emails or took my phone calls. I tried my card co. Again who said they would lodge a dispute for me. Their actions were so slow that my card was debited again with a further two amounts of £89.66 [£179 82]in total. I can say that this amount has since been refunded but my credit card co. Say they can, t proceed any further to obtain a refund of £174 92. Still outstanding. Please advise. Many thanks
