Applied for sample cream for a friend that was having trouble with to much iron in his blood and was breaking into spots. Applied for 2 free trial samples, on or about 30 and 31st January and the free samples arrived in March and we were unable to evaluate in the appropriate time. Both Companies have continued to debit my credit card and the first paid product has been received 2 months after debiting my credit card. It only came to light at the end of last month March that my credit card is being debited when the next set of products arrived and were exactly the same as the samples. Mid February payments deducted from my credit card and the products received in End of March. I have advised my Bank of this situation and have written to both Companies by email to stop the debiting of my credit card. The Bank will now support me in helping to stop the debiting from my card after I have written to them to stop the deductions.
