Scammed by this company! Tried to cancel "trial" subscription w/in 3 day window but always got music when I called instead of a person. Charge of $29.95 showed up on my CC statement and I tried calling numerous times. My bank told me to try to resolve it with the company. Called company again and got actual person, although the woman was EXTREMELY rude. Was told they can't refund my $, so I sucked it up and told them to cancel my "subscription". When I asked to speak to a manager, there wasn't one available and she couldn't tell me when one would be available. I asked for a confirmation # and she said it would be emailed to me. No such email received. One month later, my card was charged $29.95 again! I called company again to dispute and was told I hadn't cancelled my account and that according to their records, it was my first time contacting the company. OMG!!! Seriously?! I got confirmation # this time, but have since cancelled my CC so they can no longer bilk me for my hard-earned $. This company is practicing FRADULENT practices and needs to be stopped now!!!
