I called the company to get information on how to cancel my subscription... And followed what the recording said to do... Within my 10 day trial period. When I saw the charge come thru on my statement, I called the company. Ann Deeb was the manager I spoke to, who was very rude and hung up on me. I called back and asked to speak to her superior, which I was told she is the highest manager in the company. I asked for my refund and was told they never received confirmation of my cancellation, so they would only allow me to receive a partial refund, due to the fact that I was calling after my 10 day trial. I do believe they did get my cancellation, but chose to ignore it and continue to bill me. The information that was provided wasn't anything I could use and felt the information was inadequate!
