Although they offer best rate, it is only good for one day. I booked a trip to Hawaii (flight only) for 5 people and 4 days later the same airfare had gone down $80.00 per ticket. A difference of about $400.00. When I called them and asked them if they could honor the lower price, the women on the phone said NO. The only thing they can do is give you credit, but beware, they will charge you $150.00 per ticket. If you do the math real quick, it was going to cost me more, so it was not worth it. I also asked her if she could give me something like half credit, you guessed it she said NO and hung up on me. This is the last time I use them. Should have used Orbits.
