I have been with T-Mobil for ABOUT 8 years. Month after month they have been increasing fees, taxes and more fees for no reason.in the last couple of months I"ve been charged for internet services that I did not even know I had. I've been calling very often to report unfair charges but nothing has been done. A month ago I spoke to a supervisor in regard to mentioned discrepancies and I was told that they were going to cancel the internet. Last month I was still charged for it, plus charges for use of long distance prepaid card when I was told that "PREPAID PHONE CARDS" would not have any charges at all.
Once again, they told me wrong because I was charged. I called around 01/20 and I was able to get $15.00 off from my Jan bill.
Last Saturday I spoke with my nephew who has been with T - Mobil for several years and he told me that he got a modification plan for $80.00 per month including taxes for two phones with text messages as well as free long distance calls with prepaid phone cards. I went to a T-Mobil agency this morning and spoke to one of the representatives in regard to this issue and he told me that I was not eligible for that program because I was an old T - Mobil customer and that program was to be granted to new customers. On top of that I do not have a signed contract with them but they signed me up for two more years contract because my phone quit working and according to them I can not get out of their contract until 09/13. How can this be possible? Please help me!
