Called T-mobil regarding 2 charges 2 months in a row on my phone bill for 9.99 each -T-mobil said they couldn't do anything about the charges-gave me the phone number for My Mobil Care to have charges taken off my bill-My Mobil Care said they couldn't take it off my phone bill because they could not access my bill-I guess they can only access it to charge my account not credit my account-I asked them what the charge was for -she said it was a texting service that i signed up for online-they knew I signed up because I used a pin number-What? I never signed up, never used a pin-don't text-I am 65 years old and the only thing I know about texting is that my grandchildren do it-Another scam-
I am mad!!!
