I ordered the sample for $5.00, I received it about 10 days later. Two days after receiving it, they took $74.99 out of my bank account without my permission. I called them to cancel right away, I agreed to pay half so they would leave my account alone. Now I just checked my account and they took another $74.99 after I canceled. Their excuse for not giving me a full refund the first time was that they shipped more product, which I never received. I called them today and after 20 minutes on hold they still don't want to give me my money. I'm asking now for a manager and still on hold.
