I ordered a SAMPLE the product on-line. I received the SAMPLE around 5 days thereafter. I checked my bank account on 1/17 to see my balance. I found the UNAUTHORIZED charge of $74.99 at that time. I immediately contacted the company and they told me that my ordering the sample, I AUTHORIZED the subsequent orders.
There was nothing on the website that said that if you order the sample that you would be charged and sent product. This is fraud at it's best.
After a lengthy shouting sessions, he said that they could give me a 50% refund. That is not acceptable...
I contacted my bank today 1/18 and disputed the charge.
