Ordered a pink Eli Manning jersey for the wife. Received a confirmation email and that was all. They charged my debit card on the 17th. The order is still "processing" one week later and no response from them when contacted via email.
They have no phone number listed. The FAQs page uses u and ur along with other short hand abbreviations.
