My name is Nicole Davidson, I placed an order using my visa card ordering a NY Giants Victor Cruz women's jersey and a men's Kobe Bryant LA Lakers jersey on January 22. My card was charged but I have not yet received a order confirmation when I looked up my order on the website it said still processing. How can it still be processing yet the charge was already taken out of my account?
