I had just received my visa bill. Going over the charges, when i saw a charge dated 12/05-Trans Date and Post Date 12/06 for $24.95 WC *MON VALUEPLUS. Had no idea who that was? I found a phone number 1-888-836-6877 i called it, i asked what this was and she said a (membership) i said for what, she said (fun souce value plus). I told her i no nothing about it and did not authorise this charge. I told her i want to cancell it NOW, that i did not approve this and have no idea what it is. So she said she would 1/05 and that they would credit my visa for $29.95 i said ok she said i will receive a letter on this. My 1st letter dated 1/09 said they will be issuing me a full refund in the amouny of $29.95 which was charged on my credit card for FUNSOURCE. Allow 8-10 days for it to be posted on c. C account. Then on 1/13 i received said i was not eligible for a refund. Want's me to sign this paper & send it in to Consumer Affairs (Attention Form C/A & they would send me a form Enrollment Verification/Refund Request Form. I just want my account credited and for them to never do this again.
