This company has been charging my credit card since March and I hadn't caught it. My wife remembers the representative asking if she wanted to try a membership and she said 'No'. I called and canceled the membership and they said they will send out a refund request form and it is possible to receive a full refund. I'm not holding my breath and will contact my VISA provider to at least cancel the last 90 days worth. Then they can process the rest of the claim.
