On 2/16 I was charged $59.95 on my Visa for a product I did not order nor receive. On 2/23 I was charged $99.95 for another product not ordered nor received. When I received my Visa statement and saw the charges I immediately notified this company through the 800# listed on my statement. I called on 3/20 and was told what the product was. I told them it was an error and I would like the account to be cancelled and have the funds credited back to my Visa. The lady told me it was a valid charge because they had my credit card # as well as my security code from the back and expiration date. I said that is not hard to get because when one makes a ligimite purchase over the internet or telephone that information is asked and given to complete the sale and as I had said before I did not make the purchase. I was told the account would be cancelled and I would not be charged anymore to the Visa. I have not been charge again. I was told it would take about 20 days to credit my Visa. On 4/5 I called again and repeated the same story stating my account had not been credited as of yet. I was told the account had been cancelled and I would get a refund (once agan in about 20 days). I asked to speak to a supervisor and was told there was none. What could I do but wait. I called again on 5/4 and stated the same requesting my Visa credit. I was told all had been taken care of and I should see the credit in 7 days. I asked the individual what was the address of this company so I could write them. He told me there was no addresss to write to. I then asked where was this company located I was then told it was in the Phillipines. What could I do? Nothing has happened as of yet. I called back today 5/11. I was told this time all had been taken care of again. I don't expect it too. I just want others to be aware of this company and hope this dosn't happen to them. It is a shame one can get your information when you do make a secure purchase and probably sell the information to these foreign companies and there isn't a dang thing we can do about it. I will wait a little longer since no other charges have been made to my Visa. If no results I will cancell my Visa.
