Last july a man named john came to fix a particular problem - printer not getting signal to print from laptop. I saw when he came he was the wrong "john" as advertised in local weekly pamphlet. This concerns skype which in march another rep removed a virus for me. This man came before and spent several hours and would not leabe no matter how i told him to stop. So he came again and the same thing happened - he refused to leave and said he was "family" and wasn't leaving until he set it up so he could fix my computer from his home - so he has my password, etc. My name on skype should be heiser - not hieser - so this was changed and i have physically seen lists of names that pop up (porno=type) accidentally reuesting to "chat" early morning hours -and i have clicked "no" and "report scam" - skype seems to be running and online most of the time. But i have only physically used it with my webcam to my dtr.in kauai, hi and have a list of 3 only. This man should not have access to use or fill up my computer even when i'm off and i can't afford to have another tech come in for $150 to undo what he did - there should be no other user on my (personal information removed) but lorna heiser - me from location at (personal information removed). I fear he will do damage to my laptop as he knows what he's doing. Can you please put my correct spelling on skype h e i s e r which he changed - and/or cancel this account altogether since i only used it once. I don't know what else to do. Thank you. Please reply although he seems to be able to stop my notifying you as this is 5th try to get through to someone at skype. So appreciated
