Have had Skype phone for quite a while and over three computers... I have noticed that when you make complaints about the phone service, the program will stop working for you. This has happened too many times to be a fluke... Does not matter if you have paid ahead of time or not... So if you complain about Skype's phone service... (being honest and filling out their form about the service of the call. And it having not been a good review) do it elsewhere... Not in their questionnaire that pops up.
After the program stops, no one can get it back up... Call customer service all you want... You will not get this back... I have had to pay a repair tech to fix my computer after this happens with Skype... Is it from the tech people without the knowledge of Skype or is this a normal operating procedure to keep the ratings up? Wherever this comes from, it is obviously a direct attack from Skype to your computer...
