W. Rich&associates wrote me a cash winners notification form saying i was a winner of $10,000.00 and to send $12.99 to process and rush my check i mailed the money for$12.99 on jan 14 i recieved another letter stating i won $10,000.00 again to send $12.99 to process then thats when i went on line to see if it was a scam it all started november1st 2011was when i mailed the money order.
