Cash winner notification form. I have ordered items from Publishers Clearing House, since then I was dumb enough to send in my sweepstakes. R. W Rich& associates have notified me every several months since saying I was a cash prize winner. One time I fell for it sent the 12.99 and, nothing. I have just received another notification, they are liars and scammers. Do not send them money!!!
